''Different Hat - Different Personality.''




The following post has been inspired by the quote I have recently came across and I have absolutely agreed with - ''I myself have 12 hats, and each one represents a different personality.'' I shall start with my 'tiny' collection and finish with a few stunning photographs, ''characters''. Some of them have been great inspiration for my looks...




Dark Blue with a Purple stripe ''every day'' hat - inspired by Bowler / Derby -A hard felt hat with a rounded crown created in 1850 by Lock's of St James's, the hatters to Thomas Coke, 2nd Earl of Leicester, for his servants. Sometimes known as a derby hat.
          White with a Black stripe ''every day'' hat - inspired by Fedora - soft felt hat with a medium brim and lengthwise crease in the crown.

1980's Navy Blue with a Red star - simbolic hat ''Titovka'' - a famous side cap, characteristic of the Yugoslav Partisans, and later the Yugoslav People's Army and the Union of Pioneers of Yugoslavia. It was named after the Partisan leader, and later prime minister, Marshal Josip Broz Tito.
    Racing Green Beret hat - ''every day'' & ''going out'' hat - has been worn across Europe since pre-Roman times. Mass production began in 19th century France, Spain and Italy
